B12 alternatives
B12 scores 8.7/10 on our rubric, but it is not the right fit for everyone. These are the 8 strongest alternatives we score, ranked, with what each one does better and what it costs.
Why people look beyond B12
- Less pixel-level design control than Webflow or Framer
- For a large catalogue or complex app code, Shopify or a code-first AI app builder goes further
Who it isn't for
A designer who wants pixel-level control over every layout, where Webflow or Framer fit better, or a merchant with a large, complex catalogue, where Shopify's commerce depth wins. If you need to own and hand-edit an app's codebase, a code-first AI app builder such as Lovable or Replit is the better home.
