What PlatformZoo is
PlatformZoo compares website builders, ecommerce platforms and AI app builders for people choosing where to build. Every platform is scored out of 10 on the same five criteria: ease of use, design, flexibility, value and support. The site is published in 70 country editions, each with the platforms that matter in that market.
Who writes it
Reviews, comparisons and guides are researched and written by PlatformZoo's editorial team and published under the pen name Morgan Hale. The pen name keeps one consistent editorial voice across every edition; it is not a single named expert, and we do not claim credentials we cannot show.
How the research is done
Every review starts from primary sources: each vendor's pricing pages, plan limits, help-centre articles, documentation and terms. We work out what a year actually costs, including transaction fees, renewals and add-ons, and we list the sources at the bottom of every review. Prices are checked on the date shown on each page.
How we make money
Some outbound links are affiliate links, so we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. PlatformZoo has a business relationship with B12, one of the platforms we review; this is disclosed on B12's review. Vendors cannot buy a review, and every tool is assessed on the same rubric.
Corrections
Prices and features change often. If something on PlatformZoo is out of date or wrong, email hello@platformzoo.com and we will check it against the vendor's own material and correct it.
